To keep your Loveprint Jewelry looking beautiful for years to come, follow these simple care tips based on your chosen metal:
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. To clean, use a silver paste or silver dip. Silver dip works quickly and requires little effort but should not be used on pieces with delicate stones such as turquoise. Silver paste allows more control and is ideal for detailed cleaning. To restore shine, gently polish your piece with a soft silver cloth.
14kt and 18kt Gold
Gold does not tarnish, which makes it a wonderful long-term investment. To maintain its luster, simply use a polishing cloth to remove smudges and bring out its natural shine.
Vermeil (Gold Plating Over Sterling Silver)
Our vermeil is crafted with heavy 18kt gold micron plating for durability and beauty. To preserve its finish, avoid exposure to chlorine (such as in swimming pools) and alcohol-based products (like perfumes or colognes). It’s perfectly safe to shower or bathe in your vermeil jewelry. Use a polishing cloth as needed to maintain its glow.

Domestic USPS First Class Ground Shipping of Loveprint Kit(s) is free to the customer.The customer can choose to have their kit(s) shipped to them via Priority or Overnight mail service for an additional charge.

Shipping of wax impressions back to Loveprint:
A prepaid return shipping label is included in the kit(s) for the customer to use to ship their wax impressions back to Loveprint. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your kit.

Shipping of Loveprint piece(s) to customer:
First class insured shipping of the finished Loveprint piece(s) to the customer is free. For shipments valued at over $750 we require a signature. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, Loveprint cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments..

INternational Shipping

Shipping of kit to customer:
First Class Shipping of Loveprint Kit(s) for international customers will be quoted after the purchase. Shipping typically takes 10 to 14 days to receive. If you would prefer faster shipping, please contact customer service using the form on this page.

Shipping of wax impressions back to Loveprint:
The customer is responsible for the international shipping cost when shipping the wax impressions back to Loveprint Jewelry.

Shipping of Loveprint piece(s) to customer:
The customer is responsible for this international shipping cost, an invoice will be sent. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to taxes and duties as determined by Customs in the destination country. Any shipping/duties will be calculated at checkout prior to the order being submitted. International orders are nonrefundable.
