Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping of kit to customer:
Domestic USPS First Class Ground Shipping of Loveprint Kit(s) and Loveprint Paw Kit(s) is free to the customer. If the customer chooses to have their kit(s) shipped to them via Priority or Overnight mail service there will be a charge based on current postal rates.
 
Shipping of wax impressions back to Loveprint:
A prepaid return shipping label is included in the kit(s) for the customer to use to ship their wax impressions back to Loveprint. It typically takes 3-5 days to receive your kit.
 
Shipping of Loveprint piece(s) to customer:
There is a $12 shipping fee that is paid at check out. The customer is responsible for the cost of insured shipping of the finished Loveprint piece(s). For shipments valued at over $750 we require a signature. You can choose to waive the signature but that means that Loveprint cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. 
Shipping of kit(s) to customer:
First Class shipping of Loveprint Kit(s) and Loveprint Paw Kit(s) is $25 for international customers which typically takes 10-14 days to receive. If you would prefer a faster shipping service please contact customer service.
 
Shipping wax impressions back to Loveprint:
The customer is responsible for the international shipping cost to when shipping the wax impressions back to Loveprint Jewelry.
 
Shipping of Loveprint piece(s) to the customer:
The international customer is responsible for this international shipping cost which is calculated at checkout. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country. Any shipping/duties will be calculated at checkout prior to the order being submitted. International orders are non-refundable.

The cost for shipping a Loveprint kit(s)or Loveprint Paws kit(s) is $25. We do not send a prepaid return shipping label, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs which includes shipping your finished Loveprint piece(s) to you. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country. Any shipping/duties will be calculated at checkout prior to the order being submitted. International orders are non-refundable.

From the day you have received your kit you have 10 days to return it for a full refund. 

Loveprint finished product

Every Loveprint and Loveprint Paw piece(s) are custom and hand crafted. Finished products are non refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied we will correct or redo your finished pieces(s). 

Please  contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to explain the problem, and we will work with you. 

Loveprint Charms and other ready made merchandise:

All items sold on the Loveprint website that are NOT custom made can be returned for a full refund if returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in the same condition they were shipped , free from scratches and obvious wear and tear. Please contact us for a return  shipping label.
